Regimental Surgeon: Preventive Medicine in the Combat Theatre
Regimental Surgeon -- Windows Version (45 MB)
NOTE: This file is much too big to be downloaded over a modem.
If you only have dialup access to the internet, you will need a Regimental Surgeon
CD to install the program. Otherwise, click on the icon below to download the Regimental Surgeon
program installer to your hard drive. It will be named Regimental_Surgeon.exe, and can be deleted once
the program has been installed, so place it anywhere on your computer you like.
When the Regimental_Surgeon.exe file is downloaded, double click on its icon to install
the program. This will install the Regimental Surgeon program.
In order to run the program after installation, you must either be connected to the Internet via a high-speed, high-bandwidth
connection (not a modem/dialup), or you must have the CD-ROM for the program. This is so that you can view the high-quality video in the program.
Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements:
- 300Mhz PC running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME
- 128Mb RAM
- 40Mb free hard disk space
- Internet access through a local network or dailup
- Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater, with 128-bit encryption
- A display adapter and monitor capable of 800 x 600 resolution
in 24-bit color (16 million colors -- This requires 2Mb
or more of video memory)
