This work is being done as part of a collaborative agreement with the Office of Domestic Preparedness (ODP) at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Virtual Terrorism Response Academy: Operations Plus for WMD-Hazmat (2007) Ops-Plus for WMD Hazmat is an interactive course for fire, EMS and law-enforcement personnel in dealing with situations involving CBRNE threats.
